Look, here's the deal... goto the dealer and decide for your self. Personally, I would not get the fold-down seats. I think its useless... and not as comfortable. But Norman has a point, since he (nor I) will ever sit there, does it really matter??

And another thing.... look... these aren't exactly execusion chairs that they're sitting on, so to say that they are bad to the extend of of bothersome... well... That's not what I was trying to say.

The reg seats have a nice "curvation" for the 2 spots. The fod-downs nave a "straight" flat back for the 3 passengers. Go decide for yourself.

Some people have indicated that there is a slight (and possibly on long trips—moderate) difference in comfort.

I may rarely use the fold down in some unusual situation, but I will in more cases have passengers using the back seat area—comfort, therefore, must be a higher priority.

Appreciate the feedback.
