One of my few car hunting criteria is that the car HAS fold-down rear seats.(and a bunch of horsepower!) Volvo 850GLT, BMW528i, CLK430, CLK55, M5. I do a lot of cycling and refuse to put a bike rack on a nice car, so for me the ability to fold down the rear seat, take the front wheel off of the bike and slide it in the trunk iis very important. The only car that I have bought in ten years without it is th Z8! BTW, I have never noticed any noises from any of the cars that I have had with fold-down seats.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback on whether or not to get the fold down rear seat.

Thanks.

LC
