It seems many people are talking about swirls as a guaranteed thing to happen when washing cars, etc. Here is a thought... Has anyone tried just washing their cars and drying with chamois ONLY!?

Yep. Did it. It scratched.

I tried an experiment using a blower to dry the car, but it kicked up dust and had to rerinse it.

My latest attempt has been using (many) pure cotton towels, which seems to work but It takes two large ones to get the job done.

Next time I'll try using the blower only on the seams and very carefully to avoid kicking up dust.

The blower works wonders in clearing water from the seams!
