1. The difference is Sport leather has distinctive texture stamped in the center section of seats, and also feel much firmer than Heritage leather. Also comes with available two-tone color. On the contrary, Heritage leather has nice caramel color and feel much softer and smoother.
I am not sure it has changed, but at least 2000 models (what I have now) come with two schemes:
Extended leather and All leather (available both in Luxury and Sport).
Extended leather includes seats, lower dashes, lower door trims covered with leather. All leather comes with seats, whole dash board, whole door trims, Lower section of B pillars, all in leather.
I heard that BMW no more carries genuine leather covered upper dash (They now use faux leather for that section instead). I was not able to check it, though.
3. Dunno about M audio :)

Hope this helps

1: What is the major difference between the Black Standard Leather Nappa (Sport) and the Black Heritage Leather (Luxury) choice? Feel, or just the "extended" on the dash, etc. And is there an opinion on Bruyere vs. Burr Walnut wood? I see you can get the Bruyere as an option on the Sport (vs the Aluminum).
2: Is the PDC worth it, given the look of the dots on the fenders?
3: Is the M Audio worth the space you give up in the trunk?
Thanks in advance
