OK, here is what I get from all this and from personal experience: In the US there are two options Sport (called Standard Leather)-This has the nappa bolsters which are soft and not textured and it has a textured center section which can be a second color choice or all one color Luxury, (called All Leather)- This has the parallel stitching elements and is only one color and one texture. It is somewhat textured; more than the nappa that is on the bostering of the sport seats. Here is the rub...on the US web site, the picture depicted when you select the sport or luxury is the SPORT....it does not even SHOW the parallel seating option, hence the need to either SEE them both in person, or navigate through into the www.bmw.de german web site. Once again the US market gets an inferior depiction of the options availalble. go to www.bmw.de click on BMW Interaktiv on the top header click Car Configurator from the pull down menu click START click on M5 Limousine click OK click on Nachster Schritt: Model auswhalen click M5 limousine in the model window click OK click on Nachster Schritt: Model auswhalen select an exterior color click OK click on Nachster Schritt: Model auswhalen here is where you can see the leathers. The colors are not all available here in the US but as you go through them, ignore the names and options and just get to the pictures of the different seats and try and map out the US colors against the DE depictions. Heritage=Luxury and Nappa Point = Sport here is the url at the current place in the process but I do not know if it will work just by entering it into the address bar. Most of BMW's sites require you to step through from the START. http://ecom.bmwgroup.com/DE/BMW/de/pages/vse/index.jsp?process=vse&WebLogicSession=PFq1olEuSULLlic9kZeGHvdsSdH6W1mZkC0EEYxwHPZNmNe2Qwee|877805710725922579/-1607309456/6/7007/7007/7002/7002/7007/-1 Good Luck !
