If you have any type of written record, or can tape them saying that they have now raised the price from the verbal contract you had. Nail them in court. File a complaint with BMWNA on them. File with your state for "Bait and Switch". Not exactly, but with a shot. If there is a TV station in town the fights for the consumer, they may be willing to help. Dealers like this need to be nailed. What they are doing is illegal. You had a contract, even if only verbal.

PS - You will probably need to get it serviced somewhere else - of course their service department probably has the same morals, so you will be better off.

PPS - Tell us who it is so we can all avoid this cheat. If they lose just one more sale because of this, they have lost any profit they are trying to steal.
