Stereo Doesn't Play FM for a Few Minutes (archive)

When I turn on my stereo to FM, nothing happens sometimes for a couple of minutes, then the "FM ST" gets displayed and FM comes through. I have DSP but no NAV. if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance! By the way, AM and WB work fine throughout.
