3 Important Questions Regarding New M5 (archive)

First, thanks for taking the time to respond. I know that, for most of us, that you do not just wake up one morning and decide to buy this car. So I have been reading along for awhile. The Questions:

1. What is the lead time on an ordered M5 my lease expires at the end of May.
2. My dealer, this will be my third BMW, is willing to give me 500 under MSRP I think I could get the 1k. Question -- is this market now.
3. My plan is 3 year 10k year 2500 cap red. lease. I do not know how the taxes, guzzeler and luxury figure into this. I am asking for a ball park number for a monthly payment.
