Fist off congrads on you impending new purchase. 1k off sticker is the very possible and others have been getting these kinds of prices. One thing I would sugest would to make sure you understand how a lease works. I have a Excel spreadsheet that I used when figuring leases. You can download it here http://www.bevcor.com/m5.xls
