If you have anthing in writing from the dealership with the negotiated price written on it, call BMWNA. They can put pressure on the dealership to stop this very unsavory and deceitful business practice.

Even if you don't have anything in writing, if they are charging above MSRP, it is still a good idea to let BMWNA know, because they frown on such practice, even though they can't stop it completely.
