I had the same problem after installing the Dinan stage III suspension. The rears would rub a little under extreme conditions, usually while exiting high speed corners under full throttle.

I took the car back to the shop that installed the Dinan suspension and they "rolled" the fender lip. This just pressed the little flap of steel on the inside of the fender lip in tighter si it didn't stick out as much and catch the tire. No more problems.
