Defective rims,chrome shadow, Covered my warrenty? (archive)

I am wondering if the chrome shadow paint is comming off I only have 26000 miles and my rims look like Sh-t up close. I always cleaned them properly. MY QUESTION IS ARE RIMS COVERED UNDER WARRENTY
