I probably should have qualified my statement.. the OEM subs on the 2000 cars are junk. The new subs (M audio option) on the 2001+ cars seem to be decent, unless you are an audiophile, in which case you will likely be dissapointed?.. A good aftermarket system cannot be beat if you want really clean tight bass.
