Guys,

I got a ticket in NJ going 80 in a 65 mph road. If I go to court and fight it, will I be able to get a non point violation if I speak to the prosecutor?? What should I do?

That's what my attorney suggested. But my wife had already paid the ticket. 85 in a 65 zone. Followed me on Rt. 78 at night. No radar.
