I took my X5 in for a fix they said they had (archive)

where my X5 would crank but not start. Dealer accepted it, loaner given. Later that day, dealer calls me and says BMWNA has no fix, and they didn't know why I was told there was. Problem never fixed. BMWNA doesn't have a clue. As long as they can placate you, that is what they do.
