Which is something they should be very interested in. If you fail to service your customer, then you will fail. BMW must still be thinking that all they do is manufacture cars for sale. WRONG! You can't do this if customers concerns are not addressed. When they do not know of customer concerns because the dealers filter this information, BMW will eventually lose their business.
