The weird thing was that I noticed this phenomen in several other M5's too! My speedo/tach gives off an amber light just like the rest of the instruments throughout my dashboard. But I have seen two other M5's where the speedo/tach is a bit more yellow than amber. I wonder what could possibly account for the color differences??

My 2001 M5 interior lights are all orange/abmer except the instrument panel where it is much more white. My M3 had orange/amber instrument panel lights. What color are your M5 instrument panel lights?
