This is a strategy that worked twice for me. Right after the tickets issuance, submit a letter to the court, police and prosecutor requesting documents concerning calibration, police notes,speedometer accuracy, car maintenance, etc. They will typically not supply you with the documents. A month before trial, make a motion to dismiss or extend for failure to produce documents. The day of trial, then try to leverage motion to get prosection to reduce infraction. Good luck.
