worst of all. Just got mine a week ago, and bothered everybody to find out exactly where it was along the way. You can call BMWNA, and get the ship it is on, the destination port, and the estimated arrival date. Then you can go to Wallenius lines on the web and get any updates on the schedule. I even called the dock once mine was released to the carrier to find out when it would be shipped and when I should receive it. I hope everybody doesn't do this, or nothing would ever get done by these guys. They were all very nice. I guess they understand when someone becomes obsessed. :)
