There is NO WAY you will get this. It has been asked. These rotors are 2 piece (floating hat) design that dissipate heat faster. They require periodic inspections for wear and cracks, and changing at first sign. There is a chance that if you don't inspect them and change when necessary, they can come apart with disastrous results. Then the average American will sue, so, I'm guessing that this is why we can't have them!

Cars ordered from a U.S. dealer are U.S. spec'ed regardless of where you take delivery.

Unless you take the car to the track, the current rotors dissipate fine. I have had no problems on the autocross.

No way will they. Complain to the people and lawyers who like to sue.

I wonder if the Dingolfing factory is willing to install the Euro-spec M5 rotors in a US-spec M5? Has anyone asked for that?

btw, while I suspect your right, it's of course not on his order sheet, but I'm having my dealer check with the factory rep if it's possible. maybe if I pick it up in Munich? doesn't hurt to ask and at least get one more customer request for this to the factory...

have your stock M5 rotors ever warped?
