more what people would want. AWD is very good for handling with 400HP. I also don't see how BMW could keep the weight balanced. It is interesting that the X5 4.4 is heavier in the back, even with that big V8 in the front. They did maintain an even closer 50/50 weight distribution in the X5 than they have now in the M5.
