M5 Nav screen upgrade (archive)

I have a 2000 M5 with the 4:3 screen and was wondering if anyone knew of a used 16x9 screen upgrade from a wrecked '01 or '02 M5. I would love to have the newer screen but do not want to spend for a new one.
