Asking me to ask my dealer. I wrote back asking them to call my dealer, tell him the answer, and have him call me with the answer instead of giving me the runaround like they normally do. Neither BMWNA nor my dealer could give me an answer to what this was! Typical non-communication from BMWNA to the dealer and to the customer. Amazing they can even sell a car!
