and not just brit car mags either...stereo mags, global social-political mags, sports mags (bespoke box-lock and side-lock doubles)...you name it...to THIS observer, the us mags are more objective and neutral in their evaluations...

Yes that makes sense. The motoring press being superior in a country so well known for its excellence in building automobiles and where 95% of cars are automatic and built for people weighing 200+ pounds.
