I agree. The E39 was the first BMW that I looked at and really liked (except for much earlier models). In fact, mine showed up early and I was able to pick it up yesterday. I absolutely love the thing. But I didn't know (until recently) about the E60 changeover. Who knows, could be a badass, but I'm not going to get on any waiting list.
