The Manufacturer's Warranty is for 48 months/50K miles. The BMW Full Maintenance, that covers things not covered by the warranty, including wipers, brakes, exhaust, battery, belts, lights, oil changes, etc., is for 3 yrs/36k miles, and can be extended to 4 yr/50k miles. Your Full Maintenance has probably expired. Your warranty has not if you car is less than 4 years old.
