I've got an '01 530i and a '97 C2S and I'll stack up the build quality of the C2S against the 530i any day of the week. But you are right in one thing, the Porsche is not a lux-o car, and it's not supposed to be.

And if you want to talk about build quality, why bring of a vette?....*yikes*
