You remind me of myself 7 years ago when I bought the E36 M3 and couldn't drive a stick. I agree with you on trying out on a Honda or something because then, you can appreciate the power that M5 has to offer. I agree with mjoe that you should compare the M5 to E55 by AMG but I'll let you see the results yourself. Welcome to the M5 family
