Wrong. I called the 800 number and was told that I was out of luck. They could NOT help. The wheel was discontinued and that was the end of the story. They could not provide a name of another manufacturer. I was on my own.
Not satisfied, I emailed tire rack and NO ONE responded. This was an email address provided on the other site.
Still Not satisfied I started a thread yesterday HERE and no one responded. Does that really constitute a lack of effort on my part in NOT reaching you and or disclosing my identity?

Really, and now you have replaced it with a contour wheel EXACTLY like a 95+ M3. This is 5 lug non-throwing star version M5 and will not fit on a 4 bolt E30. I find this reasoning to be quite lacking and yes begging the issue which reportedly caused to dropped the line to begin with...ironic...don't you agree? Is there a window period where you could replicate someone else wheel and get away with it. Is that it? I must be missing something. I assumed you dropped it because it wasn't selling but that explanation is far to simple.

Guilty. My apologizes to you and this board HOWEVER it did attract your attention and finally inspire some answers to some questions I have been dodge repeatedly by your representatives.
My feeling originated for the abuse of your representives and lack on interest from a long time patron. Sorry for flaming but the abuse is quite tormenting on both sides to say the least. Remember after all is said and done I will be paying over a thousand dollars easy. I do find it ironic that I need to really challenge your company to earn your business. Nothing really surprises me any more. I do realize that you are providing the service but please also understand that I am also paying for it.
I do welcome your email for sound customer service oriented solutions. Maybe you guys are exception to the rule. All I ask is for consistent behavior and frank answer. Surely that isn't to much to ask for?
