Thannk you for the note. We do reply toour emails that we recieve, and we try to be asd timely as possible. One thing to keep in mind is that although Tire Rack "sponsors" this forum, we do not need to provide moderators to sponsor. Aaron & myself do this out of our own time, in addition to our regular phone sales duties
If you need an immediate response, we encourage you to call us directly for the fastest reply. On any given day we talk to over 200 people, and I personally recieve about 15-20 emails daily, if not more.
Plus we also resopnd to emails sent generically to sales@tirerack.com, so if you do not recieve an immdiate answer, please accept our aplogies. While we try to respond faster to 'board members', it may take a day or two sometimes if we are exceptionally busy with call volume.
We are 2 of the most knowedgeable reps here when it comes to BMW, that is why both of us have been posting on our respective forums before the W&T board existed, so we do encourage you to contact either of us direct, but please also be patient.
As I mentioned earlier, if you have an immediate question, please call us directly for the fastest response so we can help, or drop us a line & we will try to respond as quickly as we can.
