Thanks for the response. Yeah, I meant to say 245/40/17.
A coupla more questions.
1) What does "polished lip" mean? What's the difference between that and the regular OEM M contours from BMW?
2) Would 255's have a fitment problem with the 17X8.5 wheel at the rear given the offset of the rim?

: Everything that you asked about would work correctly, but you would want to run a 245/40/17 not a 245/35/17 in the rear (due to overall diameter reasons). The 245/40/17 is the stock size on an M3 (and probably what you may have meant), but granted otherwise it would work great! If you decide you want them please call me directly, thanks
