E30 Offset, Suggestions W/ Rim Sizing.... (archive)

Have an 87 325e- with a new set of H&R's w/ Bilstein Sports. I am looking at getting a set of 15x7.5 ACT-LS rims.

What kind of rim offset do you recommend?

Will this rim size interfere w/ the suspension I installed (rubbing strut tubes)?

Will 205/50/15's fit alright w/ out any problems? (I'd like to order those- Tire Rack...!)
