Wheel repair for minor scratch? (in LA) (archive)

I just discovered a smallish scratch on one of my alloy rims. Looks like maybe it could be filled in and painted over (probably wouldn't be perfect, but close). Anyone recommend a place in Los Angeles that could fix it, or a place to buy touch-up paint to try myself?
