If you are going to go to the trouble of attempting to generically lump all of the sales reps here at the TireRack, common internet courtesy (if there is such a thing), then you, in fairness to people who read the board, should at least explain a circumstance giving more information then being non specific. That does nothing to
A)support your theory or claim
B)further your cause
C)gain support from readers
The whole problem with internet boards is that it gives people room to stir up controversy when things have not gone the way a person likes, and to do so anonomously.
Everyone is so quick to mount the soapbox and damnify someone because they can do so without being face to face, but you know what? What about when you are truly happy with service? Most people say nothing about it. Im sure I cannot please veryone I talk to day in & day out, but I think the vast majority of Bimmer.orgers, and Audiworld.com(a4.org) members that have done business with myself would rate their satisfaction with me as being pretty darned happy. Thats why I am here. I dont post messages here because I HAVE TO. I do so becuse I love my E46, I love being a proud BMW owner, CCA Member, and a general auto enthusiast. I like reading what people have to say, and to help out when I can. THAT is why I am here. I am NOT here because we sponsor the board, or it is a required part of my job, nor Aarons. We are both here for the same reasons.
We both enjoy a trmemdous ammount of success here, and we are in the top 2% of salespeople here at TTR, for those reasons. I make every attempt to help ANY customer, whether you have purchased from me before or not. I am sure there are some salespeople here that may be less than 100% comitted from time to time, and that is why we post our extensions to call us at on our posts.
YOU CAN CONTROL WHO YOU TALK TO BY CALLING ME DIRECT!!!!!!! When you call in, you have the opportunity to dial my extension: 369, and you can reach me just about anytime during our business hours (8-8 EST , M-f, and 9-4 EST most Saturdays)
If you EVER have a question, just call me. It is usually faster than posting here, or emailing me, and I am happy to devote extra resources to make a fellow Bimmer.orger happy. If you are not happy, do us both a favor & include information to have us help you. Just because we sponsor the board, we are not here to be flamed for our help.
