I apologize that our service has not met your expectations. I have looked into the situation and found that we had the zip code we listed for your billing address did not match what you sent in an earlier email you sent. We listed the zip code for the shipping address as your billing zip code. We have sent the invoice everytime you requested but our error has caused them to be lost. I would guess they will eventually be returned to us as undeliverable. I will send a new copy to the correct zip code right away. Please contact me if you have further problems with this invoice.
