The Tire Rack has provided me with excellent service so far, but I would like to point something out which detracted from this experience for me and which -- if corrected -- could improve that of other customers in the future.

I recently ordered a set of 17x8 O.Z. Nova Wheels from the Tire Rack, and I have been looking forward to their arrival. A big selling point for me was the huge lip depicted in the photo (that "deep-dish" look), and I was willing to make the sacrifice of limiting the tire width to 215 in order to get that look (the offset of those wheels limits you to that tire width if you don't want to roll your fenders, at least for my '93 325i). To my surprise (and disappointment) no lip exists whatsoever on the 17x8 size. My suggestion is that the Tire Rack makes it clear that what you see is not necessarily what you get.

Fortunately for me, the wheels are on backorder for a month, so I have time to pick a different style if I decide to (ATP 7190's or maybe ATP m-contour imitation??), but a friend who recently received his Novas in the mail wasn't so lucky.
