Kelly, in the 235/45/17 there is not a tire that lasts longer, is smoother, or quieter than the dunlop sp 5000. PLus the 5000 is a great dry and rain performer too. Eddie and myself got a chance to visit Dunlop's proving grounds and try them on the wet test track there and were extremely impressed. The Michelin is also nice, but it is much more expensive and is noisier and not as good in the wet. As for the Pirelli it too is not as nice in wet, dry or noise levels. If you would like to discuss further please call me directly at 800.428.8355 ext.395, thanks
Aaron
