Breyton logo doesn't fit. (archive)

I just installed 18" Breyton Inspirations on my 2K 323i yesterday. Upon close inspection I found that the Breyton nameplates did not fit flush in the depression on the center of the wheel. The diameter of the nameplate is slightly larger than that of the opening. This was the case on all four wheels.

I was truly surprised to see this in a quality wheel like Breyton. I will attempt to contact Breyton on Monday to seek correct fitting replacements.

I suspect that other Breyton customers have experienced this as well. Would like to know how you resolved this. I could sand the edge of the nameplate edge, but would prefer a more professional solution considering I paid ~$2500 for the set. I may just replace the plates with BMW logos (need ~2 7/8"). Heard bavauto might carry those. Other sources?

For those who may be interested, my tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE730 (225/40).
