Check the fitments carefully. I believe the only Dunlop tires that fit the O.E. 99 M3 size is the SP8080 and the SP9000. The SP8080 is known to wear out prematurely and have belt separation problems. Most people have only gotten 10-20K miles use out of them. The SP9000 is a good dry and wet weather tire. Pilot Sports and S-02 Pole Positions are also excellent choices.

I have used the Dunlop SP8000 in a 16" size on my 325is. They are sticky and good overall. I only had them on the car for 10K miles and then I sold the car, so I don't know how long they would have ultimately lasted. I got 45K miles on the original Dunlop SP2000 tire, and the SP 8000 and SP 2000 tire is very similar.

: Are they worth the money, or not worth it. They would be going on a 1999 m3
