John's advice is right on. The SP8000s are not offered in E36 M3 sizes. BMW did use a verion of that tire called the SP8080E on some M3 and M Coupes , but a tire like the S02 Pole Position as a max-performance tire will be better handling, better wet performance and generally considered to be a better or at least a more appropriate tire for the car.
