Looking for 15" RIM Replacement (archive)

I own a 1986 BMW 325. I recently purchased a set of used 15" rims for a good price but unfortunately I don't have a spare. On the exterior of the rims is the following code: KBA43191. Does this help any or do I need to provide additional info.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a spare or whom the manufacturer is for these rims?
