Sounds like you will be using the H&R race spring setup??? Anyhow, the 235/35/19 and the 19x9 Magic fit on the car perfectly with a stock suspension setup, and I know with the H&R sport setup it works great too. The E46 chassis has pleanty of room up front so even with the more severe drop you should be fine, but considering the diameter of the 235/35/19 is 25.5, you may need to do a fender lip roll or adjustment to your camber (which you will need to do anyhow with a 2.0 inch drop), so I don't see any real problems with that per say, but It all depends on what happens with the room up front. If you haven't purchsed the springs yet, you may want to use the H&R sport springs instead of the race springs, and then our worries are no longer there....just a thought. Anyhow my direct dial number is 800.428.8355 ext.395, please give me a call and I'll get it all set up for you, thanks again,
Aaron
