tires chunk came off new tire (archive)

I just got 18" breyton magics with tires and I hit a curb and a chunk of the tire from the side came off as well as the end of the rim got gashed a bit. how can i fix the rim, and is there some kind of a glue to fix the tire chunk (it still hanging there, not too deep, but i am a little scared)
