Doesn't matter whether it fits or not. It sucks. I did a set for a customer on a 540i--he took them off and sold them for a huge loss. Ride quality was atrocious, and the rear fender would really have to be wallowed out to work even reasonably. 19's are "ok" on e39, but 18"s are probably the best compromise. Of course, you may only drive your car occasionally or on perfect Socal raods, but it sure didn't work out for me. Just my experience. allen
