you can get BBS LM for E46 or almost any other car for that matter...
however the officially available LM in the US are the only sizes that are carried by Tirerack....
My friend bought a set of white BBS LMs from Japan but unfortunately they are really expensive...
I'm pretty sure if you want to shop around in some mod shops they can get the LMs for you...
