I'm curious to know about them, how reputable they are, etc.

I'm a little concerned that they have a New wheels section, and then in their warranty description, they indicate they're not responsible if the wheels are less than perfect.

Do they sell 'factory defect' wheels as new, or does that caveat refer only to the used wheels they sell?
