Help with Hub Inserts from the Tire Rack please (archive)

I purchased a set of Bryton Inspirations (17inch) for a 1995 BMW 540ia from the Tire Rack.

The wheels arrived with a bunch of hub spaces. How do I use these? There are a bunch of silver rings and some larger green rings.

1) Do I need to use both Green and Silver rings?
2) Do you slip the silver rings into the green rings and then insert them into the hub of the wheel?

If someone could post some instructions that would be great.

Also the wheels were balanced without the hub rings installed. Do I need to re-balance with the rings in?
