Just ask them for installers that they have worked with before in your area!
When I bought my 4 wheels 2 weeks ago, Jim recommended a local BMW shop and shipped the there. AFter I hung up with him, I called them and told them about the tires and that I would be stopping by on Friday for installation. No problems at all!

Since I was there already, I did an oil change!
