So much attention is given to the weight of alloy wheels, but what about the tires?

For example when using a Plus 1 upgrade, how much weight do you typically save going from a 225/50/16 to a 225/45/17? How much does a typcial Ultra High Performance Tire weigh?

Do tire weights vary as much as wheel weights? I know 17" wheel vary form 16-30 lbs, but what about 225/45/17 tires. How much do they vary. Specifically tires I'm interested in are RE71, RE730, SP8000.
