Question, Will changing Stock Dunlops........ (archive)

on a 00 Mcoupe do anything to improve performance if I went to a different tire (stock wheels), because I don't think the stock Dunlops (heard BMW changed to Michelins) are really that fantastic. Would appreciate any info, thanks.
